It all began in 1994 with the founding of Park & More, a parking service at Hamburg Airport. In 2009 we founded the subsidiary PMS Park & Fly.
We run both as a family business. For you, that means more than 30 years of experience at the airport. We have known the routes and procedures for decades, and many of our customers have been parking with us for years.

Leave in good time
Be at our car park 2.5 to 3 hours before departure. During school holidays and at weekends the airport is busier, so allow some extra time.
Terminal 1 or 2
Hamburg Airport has two terminals, connected by the Airport Plaza with the central security check. Your terminal is shown in your flight documents.
Check in online
With most airlines this is possible 24 to 48 hours before departure. You then have your boarding pass on your phone and save time at the desk.
Pack your hand luggage correctly
Power banks and spare batteries belong in your hand luggage, never in your suitcase. The rules for liquids are changing with new scanners, so check them before you travel.
Check your documents
Is your ID card or passport valid for long enough? For the UK (ETA) and the USA (ESTA) you need an electronic travel authorisation in advance.
After landing
After collecting your luggage, call us and go to the departures level. Our shuttle will be with you in a few minutes; the number is in your booking confirmation.

How do I book a parking space at Hamburg Airport?

Does the shuttle cost extra?
No. The shuttle to the terminal and back is included at all four car parks for up to 4 people. Each additional person costs a one-off €10 for the return trip.
Which car park is right for me?
If you want your car under cover, choose the multi-storey or the underground car park. The rooftop car park is open-air. At the outdoor car park we take your key and park the car for you.
How much does parking cost?

When do I pay for parking?
That depends on the booking type you choose. When booking, you will see all available payment options.
Do I have to hand over my car key?
Only at the outdoor car park, where we park your car for you. At the multi-storey, underground and rooftop car parks you park yourself and keep your key.
When should I arrive at the car park?
We recommend arriving at our car park about 2.5 to 3 hours before your departure.
How long does the transfer take?
Our car parks are very close to Hamburg Airport. From the rooftop, underground and outdoor car parks you reach the terminal in about 2 minutes, from the multi-storey car park in about 6–8 minutes.
When will I be picked up after my return?
As soon as you have your luggage, call us on the number in your booking confirmation and go to the departures level. The shuttle will be with you in a few minutes. Our live flight tracking shows us when you land, even if your flight is delayed.
How much luggage can I bring?
One suitcase up to 20 kg and one piece of hand luggage per person are included. Each additional item costs €10.
Can I bring bulky luggage?
Please let us know before you arrive. Space in the shuttle is limited, so we arrange the transport in advance.
How is the parking time calculated?
By full parking days. Hourly billing is not possible.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
What if I arrive later than planned?
Just give us a quick call and we will adjust the shuttle to your new arrival time.
What if my return flight is delayed?
No problem. Enter your flight number when you book. Our live flight tracking shows us delays automatically and we plan your pick-up accordingly. You don’t need to let us know. We don’t charge extra for delays as long as you arrive before midnight.
Can I have my electric car charged?
Yes, on request. Charging is handled by a partner company at the usual charging rates. Just let us know when you book or by phone.
What does a guaranteed parking space mean?
A parking space is firmly reserved for your vehicle for the booked period.
